Paciente de 75 años invidente que ingresa en la planta de medicina interna por clínica de 7 días de evolución, disnea progresiva e hipertermia. Diarrea e hiporexia desde el comienzo del proceso de enfermedad.
Se realiza un plan de cuidados específico adaptado a las necesidades de la paciente, siguiendo la valoración por necesidades de Virginia Henderson. Se establecen los diagnósticos enfermeros, objetivos e intervenciones correspondiente utilización las taxonomías NANDA, NOC y NIC. Se mantiene en todo momento una aproximación holística hacia el paciente.
Seventyfive-year-old blind patient admitted to internal medicine ward due to a symptomatology of 7 days of evolution, gradual dyspnea and hyperthermia. Diarrhea and hyporexia ongoing since the beginning of the disease process.
A specific care plan is made adapted to the patient’s needs ,following the Virginia Henderson’s nursing need theory. Appropriate nursing diagnosis,objectives and operations are established with the use of NANDA, NOC and NIC taxonomies. Maintaining a holistic approach towards the patient at every moment.
