La obesidad supone un desafío de impacto mundial, debido a sus efectos perjudiciales tanto a corto como a largo plazo, y que afecta tanto a nivel individual como colectivo. Por ello, enfatizamos la importancia de su prevención en todas las áreas de la vida del escolar y el papel de enfermería en este proceso.
Obesity represents a challenge of worldwide impact, due to its detrimental effects both in the short and long term and affecting both the individual and collective level. Therefore, we emphasize the importance of its prevention in all areas of schoolchildren’s lives and the role of nursing in this process.
