Martorell’s ulcer is a type of lower extremity ulcer associated with patients with high blood pressure. It is important to make a correct differential diagnosis to apply the appropriate treatment and prevent the wound from becoming chronic for long periods of time. Its main characteristics are presented below along with a clinical case.
