The elbow is composed of the humeroradial joint, the humeroulnar joint, and the proximal radioulnar joint. Among the fractures of the articular complex of the elbow, the radial head fracture is one of the most common, reaching a third of the total.
The objective of this study is to plan an early treatment of the limitations caused by immobilization and the fracture itself, to prevent possible complications in the future.
The treatment was divided into 4 sessions, in each of which an objective was pursued: flexion, extension, pronosupination and a final assessment.
Finally, the treatment turned out to be effective in the studied patient since he recovered functionality and motion ranges prior to injury.
